How Our Pricing Works
Unlike many digitizing services that charge a flat, one-size-fits-all fee, we price based on design size and placement — so you’re never overpaying for a simple lettering job or underpaying for a complex jacket-back design. Our tiers above cover the most common project types, and every price includes:
– A digital proof before production
– All required file formats (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and more)
– Compatibility with Tajima, Barudan, Melco, Brother, and Ricoma machines
Have something outside these standard sizes — a 3D puff design, an oversized logo, or a highly detailed multi-color piece? Send us your artwork and we’ll give you an exact, no-obligation quote.
How much does it cost to digitize a logo?
Based on our current pricing, a small logo (under 5"x5", simple lettering) starts at $5. Left chest or cap logos start at $15, and larger designs like jacket backs start at $25. Complex, multi-color, or 3D puff designs are quoted individually.
How is digitizing pricing calculated in this industry?
Most professional digitizers price by design size, stitch count, or a per-file rate — rarely a single flat fee for every project. We simplified this into clear, upfront tiers so you know the cost before you order, without needing to guess at stitch counts yourself.
Can I get embroidery digitizing for free?
Yes — every new customer can try their first order for free through our "Try For Free" offer. It's the easiest way to test our quality before committing to a paid order.
Do you charge extra for edits or a sew-out proof?
Left Chest/Cap and Jacket Back tiers include an original sew-out proof at no extra charge, so you can see exactly how the design will look before final production.
What if my design doesn't fit these size categories?
Send us your artwork through our order form and we'll provide an exact quote — no hidden fees, no guesswork.
What file formats do you deliver?
All required formats are included at every price tier — DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and more — compatible with Tajima, Barudan, Melco, Brother, and Ricoma machines.
Is it "digitize" or "digitalize"?
Digitize" is the correct term for converting artwork into a machine-readable embroidery stitch file. "Digitalize" refers to something different (adopting digital technology in business operations) and isn't the right word here.
In embroidery digitizing, quality, speed, and price rarely all line up perfectly — cutting corners on any one usually shows up in the final stitch-out. We focus on getting the quality right first, backed by a sew-out proof on our larger tiers, so what you see before production is what you get.
